Ronaldinho shows his never-ending rhythm in the World Cup song

Every World Cup has its own soundtrack and this summer’s Russian edition found its music in a song by Sony Music, which is performed by Nicky Jam, Will Smith and Era Istrafi. Former Barcelona idol and Brazil legend Ronaldinho Gaucho made a cameo in the song’s videoclip to remember us all of his greatness. 

Ronaldinho won the World Cup with Brazil back in 2002, one season before his move to La Liga. In that tournament he scored one of the best goals of his career. A long-range free-kick that went past England’s goalkeeper David Seaman, which Ronaldinho recreates in this video to impress the musicians with his class.

As you can see below these lines, the player also took the opportunity to promote the song and give it some extra exposure on his own official social media accounts. On Instagram, where he has more than 33m followers, the posts he uploaded with the song accumulated more than 1 million views in just a few days.
