Adidas’ ambassadors are Here to Create
An amazing group of football top players, including David Beckham, Paul Pogba, Mo Salah, Luis Suárez and Lionel Messi, among others, are the stars in Adidas’ latest advert. There may be hundreds of questions to ask them, but the sports firm offers a simple, logic and definitive answer: creativity. Adidas has been running a campaign for a few months under the moto “Here to create”, where popular athletes and celebrities show their creative side.
56 famous creators participated in this video while rapper A$AP Ferg keeps telling the audience that “creativity is the answer”. Leo Messi even breaks the script before passing the microphone to Pharrell Williams, who ends the discussion by telling the viewer ‘it’s over to you’.
A key element of the campaign is that viewers in six different key cities (New York, London, Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris and Los Angeles) will be offered different creative content adjusted to their region.
To boost the campaign and engage with fans and consumers, people are invited to share their own creative content with the hashtag #HeretoCreate. All the Adidas ambassadors took the opportunity to share the campaign with their fans on social media ahead of the World Cup, as you can see below with the examples of David Beckham, Mo Salah and Dele Alli.
