David Beckham launches House99
Following a collaboration with French luxury skincare label Biotherm Homme, David Beckham has now unveiled his first global grooming brand, House 99, made in conjunction with L’Oréal Luxe. Beckham announced it on his official Instagram and shared the news and some initial pictures with his more than 43m followers.
David Beckham shared, “I’m so excited to finally share House 99 with everyone around the world! For me, grooming is not only about how you look, but how you feel. It’s about being comfortable, trying new things and shaping your next look. I created House 99 to give people the inspiration as well as the right products to experiment and feel completely at home doing so. House 99 is here to support men, to give them the tools they need to create whatever look they are going for. Welcome to the house.”
The English football legend historically normalized style-consciousness amongst men, inspired a generation and redefined male culture, by challenging the notion of what it means to be “masculine” across the world — Beckham’s House 99 line was built to further revolutionize society’s take on grooming as part of modern masculinity.
With the line featuring a shaving cream, styling gel, face wash, body moisturizer, spray deodorant, and many more, the entire collection will be available in 19 countries, as well as online. No one better than David Beckham himself to explain what House 99 is about.
