After the success of his book ‘I prefer the cup’ in May 2009, Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti has published a new book under the title ‘Quiet Leadership’. This time he has focused on his football knowledge and personal experience as a manager for top clubs like Real Madrid, Chelsea, AC Milan, PSG and Juventus.

In ‘Quiet Leadership, Winning Hearts, Minds and Matches’ Ancelotti also talks about his triumphs, key decisions and mistakes that have marked his successful career. The winner of three Champions League also shares his experiences on working with top players like David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo or Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Taking advantage of his popularity he has promoted the launch of his book through his personal networks.
