Keylor Navas stays in Madrid but moves to Adidas

The Costa Rican international’s contract with Nike expired at the end of last season and he will now use boots supplied by its German rival, Adidas, which happens to also be the kit supplier to Real Madrid.

Keylor Navas had been set to sign for Premier League side Manchester United this summer, with Spaniard David De Gea moving the other way, but the deal collapsed and it has proved to be good news for Adidas given that the goalkeeper is having a fantastic start of the season and showing great form.
