Atlético de Madrid’s players show us Madrid

Proving that football is an extraordinary marketing and communications platform, Community of Madrid recently launched the new campaign “Enjoy Madrid”, with the participation of Atlético de Madrid’s stars. Minister of Employment, Tourism and Culture of the Community of Madrid, Ana Isabel Mariño, unveiled the newest campaign at the Ciudad Deportiva de Majadahonda next to Atlético de Madrid’s president, Enrique Cerezo, and the main characters in this spot for the new campaign “Enjoy Madrid”, manager Diego Pablo Simeone, and players Fernando Torres, Arda Turan, Koke, Griezmann and Raúl Jiménez. The players were joined by two other remarkable ambassadors from Madrid, the famous restaurateur Lucio and three-star Michelin chef David Muñoz.

Enrique Cerezo said in his speech that “we are very proud to be ambassadors for our community’s image worldwide.”

A few months ago, Community of Madrid shot a TVC with Real Madrid’s players, and we could see the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Isco, Gareth Bale or Toni Kroos promoting the city.
